We invest in high-quality companies through proprietary transactions originated through our network of deep relationships on the ground. Leveraging our investment and value-addition expertise, we greatly improve the financial and operational performance of the companies we back.

Strategic Opportunities

Investments of US$30-100m in strategic situations, including private credit, mezzanine and structured equity for optimal risk-reward solutions.

We invest across various asset classes, leveraging on our expertise in private equity and network of relationships to generate deal flow and create value for all stakeholders.
